Please read the Contest Rules in their entirety before entering the Contest. Please do not enter the Contest unless you agree to these Rules. Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Contest Rules, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest. During the Contest entry process, Pics2Web will be collecting and using personal information from you for the administration of the Contest and for other purposes specified on the entry form. For more information on how this information will be collected, used and safeguarded, please refer to our terms of use.

1. No Purchase Necessary. At Toronto FC home games during the 2008 season, Pics2Web representatives will be taking photographs of fans. Fans that consent to having their picture taken will be given a special card that contains a unique PIC #, which will allow them to view and download their free photo from the www.sonyfanofthegame.com website and Pics2web system between April 19th, 2008 and October 25th, 2008 (the "Contest Period"). At such time, participants will be automatically entered in Sony's "Toronto FC - Fan of the Game" contest. Limit one (1) entry per person. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by the decisions of MLS, which are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest. The Contest closes on November 1st, 2008 11:59 P.M.

2. Prize: There will be one (1) prize awarded for " Toronto FC - Fan of the Game" contest during the Contest Period. The prize will consist of one (1) Sony Cyber-shot S60 digital camera (retail value $329.99 CDN). The odds of winning a prize in the random draw will depend on the number of eligible entries received for that draw.

3. Draws: For the Contest Period, one (1) winner will be selected in a random draw conducted at the offices of Pics2Web from among all eligible entries received prior to the applicable Draw Deadline. The draw will be conducted within 5 business days of the end of the Contest Period. The entrant selected in the draw will be contacted within 48 hours by the e-mail address provided during the Contest entry process. At such time, the selected entrant will be required to answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and confirm his/her eligibility. If the selected entrant does not meet all of the Contest conditions, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, refuses to sign and return the declaration and release form, or contact cannot be made within such 48 hour period, that entry will be disqualified and Tenzing Interactive Marketing shall be entitled to select a new name from among all remaining eligible entries. The Contest Sponsors or Service Providers are not responsible, whether as a result of human error or otherwise, for any failure to contact any potential winner. Once declared a winner, selected entrants will be directed as to how to claim their prize.

4. This Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada 13 years of age and above, except residents of Quebec, employees (and persons with whom they are domiciled) of, Sony of Canada Ltd., Tenzing Interactive Marketing, Major League Soccer and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, governors, representatives, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, judging organization, employees and agents. If the selected contestant is under 18 years of age, the photograph consent and declaration and release form must be signed by the parent or guardian on such entrant's behalf.

5. By entering the Contest, each entrant (or, if the entrant is under the age of eighteen (18), their parent or guardian) consents to the use of his/her name, image, photograph, voice and city of residence for any and all publicity purposes commercial or otherwise, in all media used by the Contest Sponsors and Service Providers, without payment or compensation.

6. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to hold harmless Sony of Canada Ltd., Tenzing Interactive Marketing, Major League Soccer and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, governors, representatives, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, judging organization, employees and agents (hereinafter, the "Released Parties") and Service Providers against any and all liability, damages or causes of actions (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of: (i) entrant's participation in the Contest, (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded herein, or (iii) the administration of the Contest and the selection of Contest winners.

7. Before being awarded a prize, the selected entrants, and if the selected entrants are under the age of eighteen (18), their parent or guardian, must sign a declaration and release form, releasing the Contest Sponsors and Service Providers from: (i) any and all liability arising from participation in the Contest; (ii) acceptance of the prize as awarded; and (iii) the administration of the Contest and the selection of prize winners. The Contest is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws and Regulations. All incidental costs not specifically referred to herein shall be the responsibility of the winners.

8. Sony of Canada Ltd. and Tenzing Interactive Marketing reserve the right to substitute prizes of approximately equal or greater value and reserves the right to terminate, suspend, modify or withdraw this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice for any reason. The selected entrants must accept prizes as awarded and no exchanges or substitutions are permitted. In the event a substitute prize is awarded, such prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise.

9. Sony of Canada Ltd. and Tenzing Interactive Marketing do not assume any responsibility for tampering, theft, defects, viruses, human errors, including negligence, deletions, technical, telephone, computer line network, server access or software problems, undeliverable messages, inaccurate capture of information, late, lost or misdirected entries, or other online difficulties that may result in damage or malfunction or the failure of Sony of Canada Ltd. and Tenzing Interactive Marketing to process any entry.
